Delicious chicken Hi Eugene, You asked me to give my impression of your product (chicken). I tried to do it on www.ClingmanFarm.com but my server could not find that. So here I am. I purchased the chicken at Mountain View Farmers Market, and kept the chicken in our home freezer 5 days before I tried it. First impression was when I opened the bag of the thawed chicken. I noticed the chicken was cleaned much better than commercial chicken, no pin feathers, even on the wing tips. The cavity was very clean, no residue as I often find with commercial brands. No giblets were included but that wasn't a big deal for us. We baked the chicken in a plastic bag with dressing. As expected it turned out tender and moist. And the flavor was delicious. Chickens Are Great I told my wife that the Clingman Farm chicken reminded me of my grandmother's all those years ago on the farm. It's nice to have a source of such high quality poultry product. We will certainly want more. We believe in locally grown food not only for good taste but also good health. It's a "back to the future" idea I think. In Good Taste, Bob Submitted By: Bob

Submitted by email on 9/26 This is L Jack. I had ordered 3 whole chickens from you and just wanted to tell you that 1 was roasted and was so juicy and flavorful. The 2nd one ,we made homemade chicken soup and most is in the freezer/ Again, the flavor is great. The 3rd one hasn't been cooked yet. I was raised on fresh fowl, and hadn't had any in yrs, so this was so fantastic to have again. Thanks for your commitment to a healthy way of life, both physically and spiritually.
